Hello! I’m Jolene – the creative behind this little business

Sugarbird Embroidery was born in the midst of the pandemic when I found myself turning to handmade crafts as a way of dealing with my anxiety at the uncertainty of life in lockdown. I found so much comfort in the slow, soothing and repetitive action of embroidery. There is something so special about slowing down and making something beautiful, stitch by stitch with your own hands.

I hope that through my Embroidery Kits I can share that peace, help others to get back in touch with their creativity and make embroidery accessible to anyone who wants to learn how to stitch.

I believe that the most heartfelt and meaningful gifts are made with your own hands, with a little bit of love woven in with the thread.
